1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Betpek website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Betpek Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Betpek reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at betpek.net/terms-conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the Betpek Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style and online gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Betpek, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Betpek Platform or any affiliated platform.

Betpek reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Betpek Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

The following rules apply to all Betpek accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Betpek Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Betpek will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Betpek immediately via our customer support channels.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure, subject to applicable law. Betpek will provide reasonable notice before applying any inactivity fee.

Betpek reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Funds

All financial transactions on the Betpek Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Betpek accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Betpek is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Betpek does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Betpek reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Betpek account holder.
• Betpek aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster.
• Betpek reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

4.3 Player Funds

Betpek maintains player funds separately from operational funds. Your account balance represents a debt owed by Betpek to you and does not constitute a trust or fiduciary relationship. Betpek does not pay interest on account balances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Betpek may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• Betpek reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• Betpek reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Betpek's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Betpek Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Betpek system and a bet reference number has been issued. Betpek is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Betpek reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds, lines, or game data has occurred due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Betpek reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or market at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, Betpek's records shall be the definitive source of truth. Players may raise disputes through the customer support channel within seven (7) days of the relevant event.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. Late changes to odds after bet acceptance do not affect confirmed bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betpek Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and Betpek's prior written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Betpek staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

Betpek is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic notifications of time spent and net wagering activity during active sessions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Betpek Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Betpek or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Betpek.
• Use any Betpek trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Betpek's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Betpek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond Betpek's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are promptly corrected upon discovery.

Betpek's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Betpek's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Betpek collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Betpek complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Betpek reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Betpek will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Betpek's decisions on all matters relating to the Platform, including game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility, are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described above.
